My name is Uche Iregbu, and I’m a New York–based medical billing professional with hands-on experience across multiple areas of the healthcare revenue cycle. I’m a Queens native and a graduate of SUNY Old Westbury, where I earned a B.S. in Mathematics in 2020—an academic foundation that sharpened my analytical approach to billing, compliance, and financial optimization.

I began my career in healthcare working for a home healthcare agency, where I started as an authorization specialist and quickly advanced to Billing Department Supervisor. In that role, I gained firsthand experience navigating payer requirements, managing authorizations, and resolving claim issues at scale. In 2022, I transitioned into medical practice billing, expanding my expertise across professional billing environments and complex revenue cycle workflows.

Since then, I’ve worked extensively with providers to identify and resolve the common revenue cycle bottlenecks that limit cash flow—ranging from authorization breakdowns and coding errors to underpayments and denial trends. This practical, front-line experience is what led me to found VitalBill Solutions: to help providers stabilize their revenue, reduce administrative burden, and get paid accurately and on time.
